Nivanta Group exists for a single, deliberate ambition: to build something that endures. Not the next exit, not the quarterly update — a multi-vertical Indian enterprise that compounds across decades.
Today, our active business is international trade. We export printing & packaging materials from India to Nepal under full DGFT, GST, LUT, and AD Code compliance — real revenue, real shipments, on the books from day one. This is the foundation we operate from.
From that foundation, we are building a technology, consultancy and innovation practice — engineering software, advising on digital transformation, and incubating the ventures we believe in. We are actively taking briefs, exploring partnerships, and looking for the right clients to grow with.
